Prices and fees listed on the Site are in $AUD
If a price is incorrect due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at the incorrect price, even if the order was successfully submitted and payment has been made.
Products purchased from our Site are for personal use only and must not be resold without express consent. Lushi Filter reserves the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order that violates our T&Cs.

All orders placed are offers of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Lushi Filter. If an order is not accepted, a full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse any order for resale purposes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available to select regions, and charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary based on location. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days, with expedited options available for an additional fee.
Lushi Filter is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
International shipping may incur additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.

Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
