Our Recommendation

We recommend you change your filter at least every three months for optimal results. 

Overview
By subscribing to Lushi Filter, you receive regular deliveries of our premium water filters. Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled.


Billing

  • Automatically charged based on your plan (monthly, quarterly, annually).

  • Payments via credit/debit card or PayPal.


Shipping

  • Free shipping on all subscriptions.

  • Orders ship within 3-5 business days after billing.


Manage Subscription

  • Modify, pause, or cancel anytime by logging into your account.

  • Make changes at least 5 days before your next billing date.


Returns

  • Filters are non-refundable once shipped.

  • Report damaged items within 7 days for a replacement.


Cancellation

  • Cancel at least 5 days before your next billing to stop renewal.

  • No refunds for the current cycle.
